Help

A plain-language walkthrough of everything on this site. If something isn't covered here or you're stuck, contact Support - no login needed.
Want everything in one place? Get the complete User Manual (PDF) - covers the website and the desktop app, click to view it in your browser or save a copy.

Creating an account

Go to Register from the login page. You'll need:

After submitting, check your email for a 6-digit verification code and enter it on the next step to finish creating your account. Once verified, you'll be taken to the login page.

Claiming an existing Player ID

If your club admin already added your name to the club roster (a "bulk add"), you have a Player ID but no login yet. To turn that into a real account:

  1. Ask your club admin for a claim code - they generate this for you from their Members page.
  2. On the registration page, click "Claiming your Player ID? Click here" to reveal two extra fields.
  3. Enter your 6-digit Player ID and the claim code your admin gave you, along with the rest of the registration form.

This links your new login to your existing player record instead of creating a duplicate one. Claim codes are given out directly by your club admin - contact them, not Support, to get one.

Logging in & password reset

Log in with either your email or your username, plus your password. If you forget your password, use "Forgot password?" on the login page:

  1. Enter the email address on your account.
  2. Check your email for a 6-digit reset code.
  3. Enter the code along with a new password.
If you enter the wrong password too many times in a row, the system temporarily blocks further attempts for a short while as a security measure. Just wait a bit and try again.

Your profile

From the app menu, open Edit Profile to update your full name or username at any time. Your email can't be changed here by design - contact Support if you need it updated. You can also change your password from this page (you'll need to enter your current password first).

Finding & joining a club

If you're not yet part of a club, use Find a Club to browse active clubs and apply to join one. After applying, your request is pending until that club's admin approves it - there's nothing further to do but wait. If you're already a member of a club, this same button takes you to your club's page instead.

Starting a new club

If your club doesn't exist yet on the system, go to Find a Club and use the "Register a New Club" button there. You'll provide basic details (name, location, and similar). This goes to the App Admin for review - once approved, the club is created and you become its Main Admin.

My Club page

Shows your club's basic info and who your Main and Second Admins are, so you know who to talk to about club matters. You can leave your club from here at any time, unless you're the Main Admin - in that case you'll need to transfer Main Admin to someone else, or delete the club, before you can leave.

Club Admin - Members

Available to your club's Main and Second Admin. From here you can:

Club Admin - Applications

Shows pending requests from players wanting to join your club. Approve or reject each one - approving adds them to your roster immediately.

Club Admin - Tables

Manage the physical foosball tables at your venue - add new ones, rename them, or mark them active/inactive. This list is what the desktop app uses when setting up an event at your club.

Club Admin - Settings

Edit your club's basic info (name, location, and similar) at any time - changes take effect immediately, no approval needed. The Main-Admin-only "Danger Zone" here lets you delete the club entirely (you'll need to type the club's name to confirm). Deleting a club removes its members' association with it - registered members can join a new club themselves, but unregistered ones will need your help (or the App Admin's, via Support) to get reconnected.

App Admin

System-wide administration, not tied to any one club. Covers reviewing new club applications, jumping into any club's Members/Tables pages when needed, reviewing and resolving Support tickets, generating claim codes for orphaned players (unregistered players whose club was deleted or who were removed before they could claim their account), and managing blocked IP addresses for abuse prevention. This role is assigned directly in the system by whoever administers it.

Running an event (desktop app)

Actually running an event - rounds, scoring, standings - happens in the separate desktop application, not on this website. Log in there with the same account you use here. See the full User Manual below for step-by-step event instructions.

Full User Manual (PDF)

Everything on this page, plus the complete step-by-step guide to running an event in the desktop application - table setup, starting rounds, entering scores, and recovering from an interruption - is also available as a single downloadable document: the Foosball TVO User Manual. It opens right in your browser; use your browser's save/download option if you'd like a copy to keep.

Getting help / Support tickets

Use Contact Support if you're stuck and nothing above covers it - especially useful if you can't log in at all, since this page doesn't require an account. Fill in your name, email, what you need help with, and details. You'll get a ticket number back, and it's reviewed by the App Admin.

Terms & data privacy

See the Terms of Use & Data Privacy page for what information is collected, how it's used, and how to request your data be removed.
