What this is

This is a free, community-run tool for organizing foosball clubs, memberships, and tournament events. It's not a commercial service, and no warranty of any kind is made about its availability or accuracy.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password private. One account per person. Club admins may remove members from their own club at their discretion, following whatever rules their club sets.

Player age

We don't ask for or verify anyone's age. If a minor is registered, we assume it was done with the knowledge or help of an adult. We take no responsibility for verifying, tracking, or managing player age in any way.

What we collect

• When you register: your name, a username (tag name), and email address.
• If you apply to create or administer a club: basic contact and location details for that club.
• If you contact support: your name, email, and whatever you tell us in the request.
• Automatically, for abuse prevention only: your IP address on public forms (registration, password reset, support requests, login) - used only to block spam and automated abuse, never for tracking, and never shared with anyone.

How your data is used

• Email is used only for login and password reset. It's never used for marketing, and never shared or sold.
• Your name and username are visible to your own club's admins, so they know who's on their roster.
• Passwords are never stored in plain text - only a one-way hashed version is kept, which can't be reversed, even by us.
• All traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS).

Name display during events

While an event is running, your name is shown on-screen to other players and anyone present, so people know who's playing at each table and can follow standings. Registered players are currently shown by their full name; this may change to show your chosen username (tag name) instead, with full name still used for players who haven't registered an account. Either way, this display is limited to identifying who's playing - it's not a public listing of your account details.

Who can see your data

Your own club's admins can see your membership info. The system's App Admin can see account info system-wide, for support and administration purposes only. No one else has access, and nothing is sold or shared with outside parties.

Removing your data

Contact Support if you want your account or data removed. Requests are handled by the App Admin.

Changes

These terms may change as the site develops. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
